June 2012

July 2nd, 2012

If you don’t like the weather in Ohio, just wait 10 minutes and it will change. We started the month with a bit of chilly weather. Or at least chilly to me. If I need a coat in June, then it is too cold. Brett was happy with the cooler weather. The weather then quickly changed to scorching hot and we topped 100 degrees 1 day this month. Grandma Flo had a pacemaker put in this month following a heart attack and is still recovering. Martin started soccer camp this month and he is having a blast. Martin has taken to soccer like a fish to water. He also looks very grown up in his shin guards. He scored 3 goals in 1st game at the end of the month. He is such a big boy and loves loves loves his soccer! Brody is fine tuning his jumping and climbing skills. I know 1 day I will find him on the roof and most likely he will have scaled the side of the house to get there. I took the boys to Bunny Park and Martin loved it! Brody wasn’t sure about the water shooting out of the ground but once they turned the water spouts down he had a blast kicking the water. The last couple of days this month I went up to Wellington to take some baby stuff back to my Aunt who was having a garage sale. We also had a nasty storm that left a lot of Columbus without out power with no hope of it getting turned back on for at least a week.
